This bike was converted to what you see now about 8 years ago because I don't like fairings .
I had an intermittent fault with the indicators which was narrowed down to the speedo head .
It was at that point I decided to change the look of the bike to a roadster using the headlamp from a BMW R1150R and retro fitted KOSO instruments .
I work as an electrical mechanical engineer so all the work was done professionally .
The electronic speedo works off an adapted ABS ring on the rear disc and the sensor is mounted in the respective caliper .
The bike runs faultlessly and recently returning from a 1600 mile round trip to Germany .
Recent works include new discs and pads front and rear .
Both front and rear master cylinders replaced with HEL brake lines .
Both tyres were fitted close to the trip to Germany and a full service was carried out replacing all fluids .
The true mileage can be backed up by the original speedo and old MOT's .
The bike is not concourse but it is in a very good condition with some marks here and there .
If I was going to keep the bike it certainly would qualify for a complete refurb becasue of the very low mileage .
The advertised price is for the bike only and the two sets of panniers and rear rack along with the spares you see in the pictures would be negotiated seperately although I would consider a deal for everything .
I'm looking at another project so I now need the space .
This is a great bike to ride and as you would expect the engine pulls very well .
I don't have any of the original front panels except for the headlamp surround which is from a K100C as I did a deal with a friend who converted his K100C to a K100RS .
