1974 Very nice Jensen Interceptor III convertible. For Sale
This Jensen Interceptor Convertible has received all the attention it deserves and is in an excellent and almost original condition. Both engine and gearbox were completely overhauled 8200 miles ago and the car is equipped with a high torque startermotor, upgraded alternator and stainless steel exhaust system. Fuelpump and fuel lines have been renewed. Furthermore, the wiring harness in the engine compartment has been completely renewed. Paint and sheet metal are in excelent condition.
The bottom of the car is also completely restored:
- All of the bottom panels, sills and reinforcement plates have been renewed.
• Original startermotor.
• Original Learjet 8 track.
• Original Jensen steering wheel.
• Original user manual.
• Original jack and fire extinguisher.
Photos and invoices of the restorations and maintenance carried out by a well known Dutch Jensen specialist are available.
OJF 789F was supplied new to Charles Follet Limited, Berkeley Street, London, finished in White with Black trim and power assisted steering on the 25th June 1968. A copy of the original invoice, Jensen.....
Second owner since 1988, older restoration same time - painted, new top, new full leather interior, leather boot, lot of repairs done, now any rust ever, new tires. Hasn’t been driven for 25 years,.....
This Jensen is one of the last made, having the wooden dash and center consul, with the all leather dashtop and rear facing center clocks.
