Petrol Blue is quite definitely one of the very best colours Mercedes ever produced, and it looks superb on this late 80`s 500SL. Complimented with grey leather rather than black as would have been the norm, it really stands out as a lovely example of the marque. The paintwork is original and in very good condition, as are the correct 15 hole alloys, and the chrome work is as good as i have seen on an r107. The interior belies its age, and benefits from heated seats which was a factory fitted option back in the day. We have the MOT certificates going back to 2001, and with no advisories in the past 11 years and a service carried out by the SL Shop, this car is assured to give many more years of pleasure to the next owner.
