Greeves Griffon 380 New 1969 (buy or exchange) For Sale

1969 Greeves Griffon 380 The 1969 Greeves 380cc twin port Griffon is one of the most collectable and rare vintage motocross bikes. Greeves motorcycles were made in the UK between 1952 and 1977, the company was founded by Bert Greeves. British riders such Bryan Wade competed on these bikes during the 60's in events such as the TV Scrambles which was a televised series. Many Greeves motorcycles were exported to the USA and Canada. The 380 Griffon was a revised model from the original Challenger. This particular bike is recently restored in the Netherlands. Its perfect and all original. The bike features Ceriani front forks which was a option and is exactly how the Griffon would have come from the factory. The two stroke engine has massive cylinder finning for cooling and an AMAL carburetor. During their heyday Greeves motorcycle riders enjoyed many racing successes, but it is not often you see a “new” Greeves motorcycle like this one. Purchase, payment, export and transport can be arranged quickly and reliably by us in collaboration with Chas Mortimers transport company. EXCHANGE NO PROBLEM (Even when I have to pay extra) I also want to exchange for a Triumph T100 Daytona until 1973, Triumph Bonneville or Trophy 650 til 1970 or Norton Commando Roadstar.
