First launched in 1959, the DB4 GT model had a reduced wheelbase compared to the DB4, flared in headlamps, an uprated engine utilising a twin plug cylinder head and 3x Weber carburettors. Other features included lightweight 18 gauge aluminium bodywork, Borrani 16” wire wheels, Girling brakes, twin fuel fillers with a boot mounted fuel tank and a spare wheel.
One of just 75 original cars ever produced, the vehicle on offer was originally supplied to a Mr Grant of Hitchin in April 1961. After passing through various owners, the cars history shows that it was exported to America in 1983 and then subsequently returned to Europe in 1994 by the current owner.
