This superb example of the Triumph Gloria model was first registered in April 1934.
Only seven examples in this specification were built and only one other car is known to survive according to the pre 1940 Triumph Motor Club making this a very rare pre war four seater sporting tourer.
The car has been the subject of a full nut and bolt restoration by a previous keeper of some 34 years and has since completed less than 250 miles.
The car is equipped with the original 6 cylinder 12.9hp 1476cc engine, ENV four speed gearbox with free-wheel (when engaged) and drives as it should.
The car comes complete with full weather gear, new leather interior trim, original spares book, workshop manuals, huge collection of invoices, continuation buff log book and various Triumph publications.
Now fitted with sensible upgrades such as discreet LED indicators incorporated into existing lights, fully serviced and ready for its new owner to enjoy
Developed from the TR2 by 1958, the TR3 A was a well-sorted sports car and incredibly popular around the world with its lusty engine and vintage feel chassis providing lots of fun.
