My 1981 Spitfire has covered just 63500 miles. I’ve owned the car for just 6 months during which time I have spent over £1000 replacing the clutch and the awful dogs tooth seats.The previous owner had the car for 30 years during which time the car was maintained regardless of cost. Unfortunately ill health caused his decision to sell. My reason for selling so soon is impending back surgery which means I reluctantly will not be able to drive it.
