Ferrari Dino 246 GTS recreation tribute originally built by JH Classics.
Selling for my Mother in Law.
Correctly registered on the V5.
Base car is a 1991 2.0 manual mr2 mk2 t-bar. The car was built by JH Classics in 2013 as a demonstrator and appeared in Kitcar magazines in that year.
The car was originally gun metal grey.
Car has recently undergone refurbishment including:
Full respray in light metallic blue.
All the important dashboard gauges work correctly using electronic conversion modules from Spyda.
New BC Racing coilover suspension. Allows the car to sit lower without the loss of good suspension unlike the hard lowering springs that were on the car.
Many new chrome parts. Door mirrors, headlight rings window trims.
Autostrada Modena split rim alloy wheels. These look period, although if you prefer, I understand Cromodora type wheels are still available.
New tyres all round.
New H-gate and black gear knob fitted.
New Momo Prototipo period leather bound steering wheel.
New headlight bowls, lenses, high power bulbs and new chrome surrounds.
All stainless parts have been polished and brought to as good as new.
Period looking stereo head unit that takes USB stick for up to date music.
Interior has been spruced up and improved.
There is a large pack of history including a huge amount of receipts for work done over the years, including before the conversion was done.
Very reliable, starts every time and drives well. You will not find better for this price.
Very cheap to insure through specialist kitcar insurance agents like Footman James, A Plan, or Adrian Flux.
Audi TT Kit Car
This is a very rare classic kit car convertible, it is a Banham X99, based on a 1995 Rover Metro, 1120cc, so it is very cheap to run tax insurance etc. this makes it ideal as a second.....
