1974 BMW 3.0 CSI E9. 76th production car out of 207 right hand drive cars ever made. Most rarity part is, THIS IS THE ONLY BLACK RHD 3.0CSI E9 PRODUCED FROM THE FACTORY(PAINT CODE 086) . It has been confirmed by the bmw Germany. Car start and drives well. One of the brake servo replaced, small service has been done, lots of mot’s and invoices to prove the history, current paint work is not good, need a full respray, interior dash wood and center console is in good condition. Door panel wood need replacing, seats are is in very good condition except tiny area of the drivers seat is torn(could view on pictures), can be fix easy and economically. Hood is in perfect condition, i am confident that if spend maximum of £10k, it would be in concours condition and would be an excellent investment. I purchased the car from a gentleman who deal with classic cars. He confirmed that he purchased the car from isle of wight and it was stored in a dry store since 2009, also owner in isle of wight has confirmed in writing, thats reflects as it has no rust in any area of the car. Underneath is very clean, bumpers and bumper chrome is in very good condition, wheels and tyres are in excellent condition
a letter written by the previous owner confirming, he purchased the car april 2000 and was serviced maintained and repaired at his garage, auto independent 16 riverway newport po305ux until august 2009 when it was taken off road and put into dry storage where it has remained ever since with no mileage added, he added, i hope this letter explains the break in the service history
another letter has confirmed, it was owned and used by a director of bmw main dealer, cronk of redhill since 1977 and regularly serviced and maintained by cronk garages, cronk of redhill, bmw main dealer.
when i initially viewed it i truly fell in love with it and wanted to bring it to concours level, unfortunately my circumstances force to let it go
