Really solid and original car. All steel car, bonnet in great condition. Evidence of new panels in the floor.
Full mechanical and body restoration between 2000 and 2004, with all invoices (thousands of pounds) on file. Laid up since 2010 and now requires full recommisioning. The engine has not been started for years, but the car was driving well before being laid up. It now turns over, but has not been started. The gearbox feels tight and sweet as a nut, with a new three part clutch fitted during the restoration.
Comes with loads of spare parts from another car, unused door cards, new carpets, seats are great, full tonneau cover, good hood and frame, original front bumper with fittings and original number plate, Heritage certificate showing its as it left the factory and still on the same registration, old MOTs which show the mileage may be correct, V5, service records, original handbook that came with the car,plus other stuff.
Needs repainting as has had two doors fitted recently which are in great condition but wrong shade of green. The rest of the car is in the same colour as the factory records inside and out, and still with the factory options that were listed.
This car needs TLC and time spending on it, but not a lot of money, to bring it back to life. Would make the perfect winter project for someone.
