Austin Sevens have a strong and loyal following and the Chummy is especially popular, offering open air pre-war motoring at an affordable price with relatively low ownership costs.

The owner of this lovely example bought it as a fully restored car from an Austin Seven collector some 20 years ago. We have looked after the car ever since and the car has been kept in top class running and MOT’d condition. Most recently this has included having the original dynamo rewound (at some expense).

In superb condition throughout, the Chummy drives extremely well and has an excellent hood. As such it is a joy to use and attracts attention wherever it goes.

Complete with its old brown log book, this is not the cheapest Chummy on the market – but it is almost certainly one of the best.
