2002 VX220 - Barons Sandown Pk Saturday 26th October 2019 For Sale by Auction
The Vauxhall VX220 is a mid-engined, targa-topped, two seat sports car that was introduced in July 2000. It was built in both RHD and LHD versions, at the Lotus Cars plant in Hethel, Norfolk. It was presented at the Geneva Motor Show in March 1999. It shared much in common with the Lotus Elise, although GM claimed that very few parts were interchangeable.
This Vauxhall VX220 2.2ltr Targa convertible is finished in Brilliant Silver with contrasting dark red leather seats, and has only covered 8,291 miles from new by its one and only owner. The car was first registered on 4/10/2002 and has a full Vauxhall main dealer service history showing eight services. It comes with the original factory removable hard and soft targa top. The car comes with all original hand and service books, DVLA MoT history, and spare keys.
This car is described by the vendor to be an exceptional car for the true collector/enthusiast, and is surely a blue chip investment for the future that can only increase in value, while also being able to use the car on the road and track. This must be the lowest mileage one owner example of this model on offer in the market today, and is probably unrepeatable.
