I have never tried to start the car but the chap i got it from said he had it running with an external fuel source. No doubt the car needs various work to restore/recommission it which you are welcome to ascertain when you come to view the car.
Never had i had a car attract so many complete dreamers, its worth 10k done on its nut,no you cant tip some petrol in and drive it home,no you wont be able to win your local xmas car show in it-it wants recommisioning/restoring not polishing .
