For sale is my 1929 Vintage Riley 9 MKIV Special. Fitted with an attractive fabric, 2 door/4 seat Tourer Body. The Riley 9 twin overhead camshaft 1087cc engine, starts easily and shows good oil pressure. It is mated to a Riley four speed manual gearbox. A very large radiator has been fitted which is a real asset in hot weather. The Hood is sound and easy to erect when needed.

The car is well patinated with lots of history. In the early 1960s it was owned by the celebrity Chef Keith Floyd whilst being a journalist with the Bristol Evening Post and prior to opening his first restaurant in Bristol. It has both Green and Buff RF 60 Logbooks and an old V5. There is a VSCC Registration and Eligibility Acceptance dated 7 December 1990.

PG 3517 is the original registration number, which was issued in Surrey on the 25th September 1929. It is properly MOT`d to the 17th April 2020 and open to any inspection.

The car has an `agreed` insurance value of £19,500 but as I am looking for a quick sale, I am open to sensible offers. Please contact me for more information or to arrange a viewing.
