Here I have reluctantly for sale my BMW 320i saloon E30. This is the 6 cylinder manual non power steering model. It has covered 124683 miles, and I'm the 6th owner. I bought it as I've always wanted a 6 cylinder E30 and it's not failed to impress me, I just have two other cars to finish so something has to give. It came to me having failed its mot on the typical holes in the front foot wells, along with a few other corroded components. I've since done the floors with fresh metal, butt welded in and then rust protected, primed, seam sealed and then stone guarded, I have some pictures to show the finished result. I then went on to fit new shocks, new 60mm lowering springs on the front, 40mm rear springs still need fitting and come with the car, new bump stops, gaitors, new control arms, new steering arms, new control arm bushes, new metal disc splash guards, and new sway bar drop links. Basically it's all new underneath and now rides and stops great.
I also fitted new plugs and air filter, new clutch reservoir cap, along with a new intake rubber boot. This car really does drive and in particularly sound excellent.
Being over 30 years old it does have the odd bodywork issue, both rear arches are scabby in the wells and need welding in places inside the wheel wells, and the drivers side rear has an area where the paint has reacted slightly. One small hole under the bonnet, near one wiper. The drivers wing could really do with replacing, it has a hole at the front and lower down where it meets the sill. Replacement wings are circa £60. And also the front valance in each corner is a bit bubbly.
This car is very original still which is why I bought it, it comes with a mountain of paperwork, all the books both keys, a stamped service book upto 104000, mainly BMW stamps, then after that independent garage receipts. Haynes manual, original tool kit in the boot, wheel brace, jack etc. Still on original bottle top alloys with Vredestain tyres. BMW rear mudflaps, comes with original Pioneer tape deck, cd player now fitted.
The interior is absolutely immaculate, there is not a stain or tear in any of the seats, the dash is perfect without a crack in sight, and everything works as it should. All warning lights on the check board overhead work perfectly, it has a manual sunroof and windows.
All in all this is a fantastic appreciating car which I know I will regret selling but I want it to go to a good home where it can be enjoyed and cherished.
Current mot runs until May 2020. I could only add 6 pics to the listing so please do not hesitate to ask me for more, as I have loads
