han 7 mk2 with front discs and quarter leaf spring rear suspension LHD
imported from Washington State US in 2017. Very honest and rust free, straight car.
The idea was to convert to rover kseries engine.
Last owner for over 40years (purchase in 1976) - I suspect it has had only 3 owners including myself.
car has original type engine 1098, but was replaced in 1978. I have the original block so it can be rebuilt. Car runs very well and drives great. Has had new suspension/ SS exhaust/ new steering rack
Registered and MOTd in the UK but MOT and tax exempt
No rust, very good condition car, but needs interior completed. I have 3 sets of seats to go with it - all need renovation. MGB (better support); Mk3 sprite seats which came with the car, that fell apart. And Mk2 seats with powder coated frames and new covers/fillings but need to be put together.
Dashboard needs recovering ( new vinyl) and the car needs new carpets and cardboard interior.I was going to go a similar way to a mk1, without all of this. All parts easily available and relatively cheap
lots of spare parts. original wheels plus minilites.
hardtop and soft top with frame
sliding windows ( need renovation)
new tonneau cover and sticks
K series conversion parts available by separate negotiation ( i have almost everything to do this)
Also Frontline telescopic front suspension available by separate negotiation ( never fitted)
