This stunning example is a very special car with a dual personality as it can be used successfully for most Historic racing, road rallies or as it is road registered just as a well-sorted fast road car.
The racing history spans over 30 years and she has raced successfully everywhere from Spa and most other European circuits to every U.K. Circuits inc many Historic road rallies all chronologically documented in the vast history file.
She has of course had the necessary accreditation papers to enter most competitions in Europe.
The condition of the car is stunning with very high-quality components fitted such as Alloy finned sump, limited slip diff etc ensuring that she is a highly competitive racer. There are 3 history files with restoration details and photos combined with ongoing maintenance invoices over the years, magazine articles, specification sheets inc Dyno sheet, racing records and set up etc.
On the road, she is a rorty exciting gem of a car and a delight to drive with plenty of power allied to a super sorted chassis making swift progress easy and very rewarding.
We sold her 4 years ago and softened her up for road use with springs, road tyres, road brakes etc and fitted overmats/carpet as well as very expensive leather Zagato style seats. We have kept the racy parts inc race seats, rally gauges etc.
You really could nip to the local supermarket then drive her to the Spa Classic enter the race and drive her home afterwards. A solid blue-chip investment for the future with very limited numb.
