1959 was probably be one of the most revolutionary years for British Family motoring. It heralded the arrival of three fresh and exciting new models - the Mini, Triumph Herald and Ford Anglia 105E. The Mini and the Herald may gone on to sell the most cars and have the most bearing on the future car design and engineering but it was the Anglia that did more for the image of it's maker than any other car.
The 1966 997cc Deluxe version we offer here has won numerous show awards over the past four years in various shows and concourse events. The Anglia was restored in 2011 and 2012. This included taking the shell back to bare metal. The history file contains a comprehensive photographic record of the rebuild. The whole of the interior including trim and carpets being replaced.
Surely one of the best on the market today.
