We are very pleased to offer this characterful Triumph Herald 1200 Saloon. Elsie was born in 1966 as a 1147cc saloon dressed in her highly desirable grey coat complete with contrasting navy interior trim. Interior in superb order for her age. She starts well (with a bit of choke) and runs very well. Tyres good all round. Disc brakes on the front. Nearly fifty-four years young this sprightly Herald is tax exempt and very economical to insure under classic insurance (excellent for first time drivers). Elsie's most recent MOT expired February 2018, though now MOT exempt. Historic tax (free of course).
Date of first registration: 18/02/1966
Registration Number: EEA 843D
Chassis Number: GA198118DL

A bargain classic Herald that can be used & improved over time. The paint looks quite original, though tatty with nice 'patina'. There are surface rust areas and cracking to the roof and a dent on n/s/r panel. Runs and drives very well with quiet engine, nice gearbox and clutch.
Must be viewed to be fully appreciated. Any inspection welcome. Not to be missed.
A sure fire investment opportunity as these are going up in value year on year.
