1953 Willys M38A1 jeep SOLD

We have owned this post-war jeep for over 20yrs and it has been dry-garaged all that time. Sadly we do not use it as much as we used to and now we need the garage space. It runs very well, the engine fires up easily and reliably. The gears are a bit clunky these days and it does drip some oil. It had a roadworthiness check (no MoT required) at a local garage last summer and was in regular use on the warm dry weekends. I replaced both batteries, water pump, brake shoes, master and slave cylinders and the flexible hoses to the front drums last spring. “Worthing” seat covers fitted about 10yrs ago and in perfect condition. The roof is the original brown plastic and is still serviceable although the rear window has a split in it. Original service manual included, albeit a bit oily.
