really lovely example of a rare Jaguar XJS-C 3.6 Automatic 2 + 2-seater

This one is rare in that only 1 of 80 made in 1987 was a right hand drive Automatic and is the bullet proof AJ6 24V 6 cylinder engine which purrs and grunts like it should.

Original wheels in excellent condition with Pirelli P6000’s all round

1987 on an E plate – currently has a private plate which will be retained and original plate reinstated

Engine: Straight 6 3.6 Petrol Automatic with loads of power. Regularly serviced - no expenses spared. Full service manual available.

Exterior: Gleaming black paintwork with rubber and chrome bumpers. The alloys are original and in excellent condition with Pirelli P6000 tyres all round

Very large boot

Two Targa panels that lift out at the front – recently refurbished and a half hood that manually folds down with tailor made cover. All store in the boot when not in use. Easy to fit and remove. Back clear plastic window was replaced not long ago. Tonneau cover for hood when down.

Interior: Grey leather interior with wood veneer trim which is in overall good condition. Grey fitted carpets with genuine Jaguar over mats

Always kept in dry storage.

I have owned this car since 2010 after buying it off a lovely old couple who had owned it since 1995. It has had 5 former keepers (V5C present)

Any inspection welcome. We work from home so any viewing at the convenience of the prospective buyer. Genuine reason for sale – I have two other classic Jaguars and I can’t drive them all.
