Mechanically in excellent order and having traveled less than 1000 miles since her custom built engine conversion, it's a real joy to drive this Clubman. With a small amount of 'choke' needed on start-up, the 1380cc engine bursts into life with a throbbing beat coming from the stainless exhaust system. She pulls sweetly through all gears and with circa 100bhp, this Clubman Estate is capable of having a real turn of speed should you wish to, or can be enjoyed as a docile classic under normal driving.
Her Snapdragon Yellow bodywork is in great condition, the chrome and paint having a wonderful lustrous shine and we love the golden decals running down the side and on the rear doors. On opening the doors / tail-gate, the driver and passengers are met with an interior in first class order, over £2500 has been spent upgrading the seats from the original cloth to now the full leather, heated and reclining seats in the car and despite being diminutive in stature the Clubman Estate really is a comfortable car to drive and actually offers a good amount of interior space with a bright and airy feel.
