A 1967 2-wheel drive Ferves Ranger (FERrari VEhicoli Speciali) introduced at the 1966 Turin Motor Show made from mainly Fiat 500 and 600 parts and fitted to a chassis. This Ferves Ranger was imported from Italy and re-registered in the UK. It is in original, unmodified condition with open bodywork, removable doors, folding windscreen, hood and side screens, tonneau. A multi-purpose vehicle and one of approximately 50 remaining worldwide out of 600 manufactured. It is in immaculate condition and supposedly the only one in roadworthy condition in the UK.
At the 2017 Brooklands “Auto Italia Day” it was voted by some as the best car there – beating Ferrari’s and Lamborghini’s! It was also shown, by invitation, at the 2017 Goodwood Festival of Speed at the Cartier Style et Luxe display as part of the celebrations for 60 years of the Fiat 500 in the “Cheeky Cinquecento” class!
