1969 BSA Victor Special For Sale

B44 Victor Special for sale. Have owned this great bike for over 5 years now and have spent lots on it. Recently it’s had a new Goldstar scrambler style alloy tank made by Terry Weedy and then professionally polished as have the outer engine casings, brake hubs and others parts. Lots of new hand made stainless parts on the bike such as rear brake rod assembly, brake pedal pivot pin, handlebar clamp bolts etc. Just put some new Hagon shocks on it In place of NJB’s which has raised the height a little bit and made it a bit firmer. Feels a lot better for me height wise now at 6ft 1. Recently done a clutch rebuild, new kickstart return spring. Has a Mikuni VM32 on it. Currently doesn’t have the headlight on or wiring for it as I never use it at night and prefer the look. Competed in last years ultra muddy Malle Mile on it, where it wallowed in the mud bit kept going all weekend. Also did the London Bike Shed’s Sunday Scramble where it did 200 miles in one day. Front wheel was rebuilt last year with stainless spokes and British Chrome rim. Currently got trials tyres on, but I think some enduro style tyres would really set it off. New exhaust and peanut silencer last year. It has got an original Smiths Speedo on it which amazingly works very well but not original to the bike as I bought it last year. No idea on bikes actual mileage, engine has been rebuilt anyway. Electronic ignition, rides well. The seat is an original base but I had it re-designed in Bonnie style as not keen on the original hump seat. Very comfortable!! I’m pretty firm with the price considering what has been spent on it. Please no outlandish ideas of swaps for crappy jap bikes or anything else etc
