Any work that has been done to the car has been done by Keith Martin of K & N Classic Cars, Bosham, West Sussex. He was formerly chief mechanic with Twyford Moors, Clanfield, Hants before he set up K & N Classic Cars, about 12 years ago, with Nigel Cronk (Electrics and Bodywork specialist also ex Twyford Moors). All invoices available.
Car was purchased from Runneymede Motor Company 2nd Sept 2010.
Full photo album available including build of car and its time in USA entitled "J.GREGSON – AMERICAN SHOW CAR 2001" I presume this is the John Gregson of Proteus fame. This photo file is available for viewing.
Chris Beauvoisin – Secretary of JCTC (Jaguar C Type Club) - commented “I can confirm certainly that a CERA (Gregson) is far rarer than a Proteus and may even be as good or even better … ” than the Marland Proteus.
This car needs to be seen to be appreciated, a regular on track at Goodwood and part of the GRRC Spring Sprint with accompanying exhaust to help with the noise restrictions, extremely useable on the road and happy in traffic.
Happy to film the car running or viewing via video call, a footnote, FIA papers will be easily achievable and i can recommend a specialist to carry this out if you wish.
Please feel free to contact for more information and photos.
