1964 Triumph TR4 Project For Completion For Sale

This is my 1964 Triumph TR4 which I imported from Indiana USA about five years ago.
It is a completely original and undamaged low mileage (69000) but rusted and neglected example. The first picture shows it before shipping. I have been  working on it for about three years and all the body issues have been addressed, needing final fettling to be ready for paint. The main work done is new sills, inner sills, floor panels, rear light and boot lid side panels and repairs to adjacent areas. The bottom edge of the boot lid has been repaired . A dent in the nose of the bonnet has been repaired. The doors and windscreen frame need no work. All alterations to convert to RHD are complete, and a brand new rack is included.
The engine is in process of assembly, which I will finish if required. Engine work as follows, reground crankshaft, lightened and refaced flywheel, new 87mm pistons and liners(2. 2 litre), new fast road camshaft and new cam followers. All balanced and all other parts present. Head refaced, New valve guides and seats re-cut  The gearbox has J Type overdrive and a new diaphragm clutch is included.
This is an excellent project for an enthusiast with access to body and paint skills to complete.
Almost everything has been purchased , Wire Wheels with Tyres Hubs and Spinners, Leather MX5 Seats (plus originals in poor shape and a pair of very good 4A seats. There is a nice original fabric hood and a vinyl Tonneau.
It will only be sold to a buyer who sees it before purchase. Enquiries by message or call
