Please find for sale a 1973 Rickman Bultaco with the 325cc Sherpa T engine (1974 model). The Previous Owner was told it had a 250 cc BSA engine in the 1980’s. The bike was only road registered by the PO last year after he installed the Bultaco engine ( I bought it with another bike as a none runner project bike) It is correctly registered as an historic vehicle built in 1973. The previous owner advised me that it comes with the following (My observations were possible confirm this) New bottom end ,con rod , bearings seals and little end (Alpha bearings) Powder coated frame + new fork seals and oil +new clutch and gearbox oil New clutch hub plates and springs VAPE electronic ignition with 100w alternator (now with new battery for lights without the engine running) New bespoke alloy petrol tank approx 3 gallons . Forks are AJS Stormer with Akront rims on Rickman hubs New adjustable rear shocks new chain and sprockets New concentric carb. GPS speedo showing 0 miles I have taken the enforced Virus outbreak to add to the PO ‘s work New front and rear break stays .New instrument cluster + all new wiring battery etc. New heavy duty clutch springs (to stop clutch slip whilst kicking )New primary chain fitted . New chain tensioner New folding brake pedal and actuating rod. Lots of parts powder coated . New side panels and battery carrier with room for 2x 2 stroke oil bottles (enough for 10l petrol ) Apart from a quick trip to the petrol station I have not been able to use the bike as I have to self isolate for a further few months at least.
