Intro / exterior
Here we have a lovely Porsche Boxster S with a low number of owners, a low mileage and a immaculate servicing record. The coachwork of the Boxster is very nice; free from car park dings and straight along its body panels. The Metallic Black (paint colour code L744) is beautiful with a deep metallic shine thanks to the soft-headed machine polish and hand wax it has been given while in with us. Being critical there are some marks to the front and rear bumper, including stone chips to the nose and light hazing to an area of the rear. The black soft top hood is in good condition with no tears or damage whatsoever. Beneath the Boxster lay the original Porsche BBS split alloy wheels, which are in superb condition and have the correct Pirelli P Zero tyres fitted with very good levels of tread remaining.
A matching black leather interior is found inside the Porsche. The leather seats are in good shape with no significant wear, the carpets are nice and clean and areas such as the dashboard and door-cards have also worn nicely. The electric soft top roof works as it is supposed to, retracting at the touch of a button. There are three keys with the car, including a fully functioning remote fob with boot opening buttons. The optional extra codes on this car are as follows:
Mechanically speaking, this Boxster is a very well cared for example, which drives and performs just as it is supposed to. The engine performs fantastically, with brilliant power, a wonderful sound track and without anything untoward such as smoking, leaks or abnormal tapping noises. The gearbox changes through it's gears smoothly, the brakes stop the car confidently and the Porsche corners superbly with tight suspension.
The Boxster comes with a full service history with 15 stamps in the maintenance booklet and a wad of paperwork that details the works carried out on the vehicle over the years, as well as all previous MOT certificates, original owners manuals and other miscellaneous papers.
The service intervals completed are as follows: 19/05/2003 - 3,035 miles, 02/04/2004 - 4,978 miles, 27/04/2005 - 7,528 miles, 17/10/2005 - 11,477 miles, 17/10/2006 - 19,525 miles, 27/06/2008 - 30,266 miles, 18/06/2010 - 41,820 miles, 29/10/2011 - 46,971 miles, 30/09/2012 - 49,596 miles, 18/10/2013 - 54,256 miles, 20/11/2014 - 58,963 miles, 06/10/2015 - 61,238 miles, 15/10/2016 - 64,926 miles, 19/04/2018 - 69,652 miles, 30/05/2020 - 72,349 miles.
As noted, the Porsche has just undergone a minor service while in with us. In addition to this, we have replaced the drivers window regulator, front suspension top mounts, bump stops and bearings.
