Job Lot Sale Price:- £5,500 (five thousand and five hundred pounds)
Conditions Of Sale:-
This sale is on a ‘condition as seen’, and on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. The vehicle is located in Carlisle, Cumbria U.K. The vehicle is presently not in a legally roadworthy condition (although it drives under it’s own power and on it’s own wheels). So, the buyer is required to trailer the vehicle from it’s present location at his/her’s own expense. The seller can arrange private trailer transportation (within a reasonable distance of Carlisle) to the buyer’s address at about 50% of the usual commercial cost, if required. This will be after the buyer has inspected the vehicle in Carlisle and after the buyer has paid the seller both the vehicle sale price and the transportation fee in advance of delivery. The buyer will be provided with a legally enforceable ‘bill of sale’ letter guaranteeing safe and intact delivery of the vehicle when this total money transfer is completed.
