Next to the Daimler XJ12 the XJ6 Coupe is the rarest of them all, identifiable from it's Jaguar sister by the addition of finer wood veneer and better Connelly leather this particular example was subject to a bare metal paint and restoration by a fastidious JEC member in the noughties.
Offered in the desirable colour of Regency red with an oatmeal hide interior. The paintwork and chrome have a deep shine, the leather, whilst nicely aged looks totally in keeping with the car.
Sold by us to last owner some 8 years ago, the car has returned to us in better condition than we sold to him. The last owner having spent many hundreds of pounds updating and servicing the car. One addition being very expensive aftermarket air conditioning unit.
The car comes with one of the biggest history files we have seen with a classic car. The file shows an almost unbroken service record from new including the car's original British Leyland passport to service booklet fully stamped by Jaguar/Daimler dealers plus nearly every MOT certificate issued all helping to confirm the car's mileage of 83,000. The condition of the car now being of great credit to previous owners. An early inspection highly recommended.
Part exchange welcome, funds either way.
