1941 Chevrolet Canadian Military Pattern C8 For Sale

Restored Early 1941 Canadian Military Pattern Chevrolet C8 used by both Canadian and British, commonwealth forces in ww2 these light 8cwt trucks where produced to replace the loses of materials after Dunkirk.

This vehicle has all the original body, chassis running gear and engine, with data plates on all three, it has a 6 cylinder 216 Straight six, with a 2x4 running system so a fantastic road runner that will sit happily at 40.

I did a full restoration on this vehicle that I finished a year ago, rebuilding it Up from chassis, rebuilding the brakes, cooling system, 12V conversation, carb rebuild, gasket Change, new fuel and vacuum system, body stripped and repainted, all missing parts sourced and fitted, 5 new sand star tyres and new back canvas made to original design, plus a lot more. I’m selling sadly due to lack of space at my new property.

It’s quite a tidy vehicle and is classed as a pick up truck and would sit in a standard size garage, please see photo of it next to my Ford GPW jeep for size reference, truck would come with original 1943 dated Canadian 2 gallon cans, and the original year manual and parts list book.

Viewings Very welcome to genuine interest, social distancing applied,
I do have a large stock off spares for this vehicle, that I will let go at a negotiated price.
