Launched in 2001, the Vanquish V12 is known as the last truly handmade Aston Martin from Newport Pagnell. Just over 1500 Vanquish were built and many observe that the muscular and undiluted styling of the Vanquish has not seen bettered to date. I met Ian Callum in 2011 in Newport Pagnell and he told me, the design of the Vanquish purposely recalls Aston's DB4 GT Zagato of the early 60's and is a tribute to it. To stand in front of it is simply mesmerising. To drive it is much the same.
This immaculate 2004 example is finished in Tungsten Silver with
Charcol trim and carpets, alcantara headlining. V12 6 litre engine, producing 460BHP. Displaying 35,000 miles this vehicle has lots of history and has been in the current and cherished ownership for more than 10 years. In addition to the standard high specification of the Vanquish model, this car benefits of numerous optional extras including grey brake callipers, electric and heated front seats, 2+2 seating arrangement, heated front screen, powerfold mirrors, rear park sensors, Linn premium audio, SatNav.
Throughout his life, this Vanquish has been very well maintained,
