1951 BSA Bantam For Sale

For sale my nice trails Bantam

She has some modifications from standard including electronic ignition ( make unknown , looks like Elektrex world but there are no markings on the parts , works fine though ) This also has a lighting coil installed so the lights work without battery .

Engine is a later 175 unit and is fitted with a Suzuki piston TS185, starts easily and pulls well . 2 different gearbox sprockets available , one is slow road and the other is slower off road !

Capable off road, I was told it had won Beamish trail !

Characterful little bike and good fun on green lanes .. has to go to make room for other projects sadly

Thanks for looking

Ok ,Ive owned this bike since 1999. But i've never used it . So its time to go. Bike starts easily and runs nicely. Rode it round the block yesterday... As you can see it has more patina, than you could shake a stick at..... Would be nice to leave as is...but its up to you. Can be ridden on an L plate.......
