With us by the end of July is this last of the “Twin shocks” Yamaha DT175s late registered in 1979 on a “T” plate. This is a UK bike that was taken out to Spain years ago where it was then left standing. My friend out there that is a very experienced motorcycle mechanic from back in the days when these were new, in fact worked for a Yamaha main dealer at the time, chanced upon it as a bit of a project.

Now with a rebuilt engine and a powder coated frame it is back up and running and as you can see, in one bit. Rare in this colour he does say that the tank has at some point been resprayed and is not quite the right tone, plus there is a crease in one of the tank transfers, but he always was a fussy sod!

Expected to be back with us in our next consignment so if you are interested please contact us. Priced here in the UK
