For sale my 1965 Humber Sceptre Mk1
First Registerd 6 July 1965 Fitted with 1592cc petrol engine. Shown as Historic Vehicle on V5. Does not need MOT and is Road Tax free. 5 Former keepers.Last serviced oil, filters and rear axle top with new rear brakes and cylinders in June 2019. Cost £495. New full 3 piece clutch fitted April 2020 Cost £305. Classic car insurance cost me £89 for twelve months with annual limit to 3000 miles. Tax discs from 2011 to 2015 plus Original MOT test certificates present from 2007 to 2016. V5 in my name available. This car was totally professionally re-built by a previous owner to a very high standard in 1996 at a cost of £2600.09! paperwork present. Sound underneath with great condition Pippin Red paintwork. Drives great for a car of it's age. Down side the head lining needs attention.

The mk 3 Humber Sceptre had a 9 year production run and was built with the 1725cc engine inclined by 15 degrees to give a lower bonnet line and to allow clearance for the twin Stromberg carburettors.....
