A very early Austin Mini van finished in green.
Originally distributed in 1966 by Kennings LTD main dealer and sold by Dominion Motors.
This Mini van is a very original and unmolested example, it retains all its original panels and appears never to have been welded. This is probably because the floors were red oxided from nearly new, by the first owner.
There has been some slight cosmetic touches over the 54 years, however the majority of the paintwork appears to be original, apart from the front grille which was painted an off white colour many years ago due to the owners personal taste.
This classic van has had only 3 owners from new! 2 of which were in the same family!
The first owner of this Austin acquired the vehicle in March 1966 and kept until 2009, when it was then registered to his grandson.
It comes with original BMC passport to service book with a couple of very early stamps and the original owners details, Austin Mini drivers handbook, tax discs back to 1975, old V5 documents confirming the very low ownership and old MOTs dating back to 1969 showing a very steadily increasing mileage over the past 50 years.
HPI clear and last MOT'd in 2016. This Mini van comes with a current V5 document and is registered as a historic vehicle, therefore benefiting from tax and MOT exemption.
