1964 Aston Martin DB5

Needing no introduction, the DB5 has always been one of the all time greats and most coveted motorcars produced to date.
However given the ever increasing numbers of fully restored examples offered for sale, it’s a real joy to be able to offer this simply stunning, highly original example.

ABM 817B is finished in Maroon with deep red hide, has been in current ownership for the past 23 years and is an utter treat to behold. With age and character where you want to see it. It’s beautifully patinated leather is just one factor which contributes toward making this feel totally different to anything that’s been restored to ‘as new’ condition.

Mechanically this is a very well sorted example having received the correct care from the right people whenever necessary. An extensive history file accompanies the car.

In 2003 and showing 36,000 miles a full engine and gearbox rebuild was carried out amongst numerous other works, by marque experts Desmond J Smail.
Now showing 39,500 miles this DB5 drives exactly as one should and is ready to be enjoyed by its next custodian.
