The car had been stood (garaged) for a few years prior to my ownership and is in excellent condition for it's age.
There Is no rust on the car, floorpan is solid, as is the front crossmember, Which I'm told is usually rotten on e30's. There is no rust on the bodywork, Paint work is in very good condition for the age of the vehicle, And has had a full machine polish and protection by a professional detailing company just a few months ago.
The timing belt and water pump was replaced recently, along with the thermostat and viscous fan coupling. A full service was also carried out on the car at the same time.
There is a service book with the car which is stamped for the life of the vehicle, minus the period that it was stood for. There is no additional paperwork apart from some of the old tax discs.
This is an excellent example of an e30, Which is a fast appreciating classic. It would be a perfect car to just get in and drive everyday, Or as an investment, As it will only ever be appreciating in value from this point on.
I've really enjoyed owning this car, and even though I've barely driven it, It's been nice to have a car that I can spend time on improving, Cleaning etc.
Unfortunately it's time for it to go as I no longer have the room to store it for my own investment. I'll be sad to see it go, But needs must
