Keeps up with modern traffic with overdrive in 3rd and 4th gears. An absolute pleasure to drive.
Only 45,000 miles on clock, believed genuine but no paperwork to back it up. Still has plastic on rear door cards.
Amongst other items I have had: new radiator, rear shocks, s.steel exhaust, rubber door seals, rear window & windscreen seals, new clutch, electronic ignition, rear seatbelts, new battery.
Bad points: sun damage to interior so has peeling varnish on woodwork and fronts seats not great. Paintwork is flat and won’t polish up, but all original. o/s lower front wing is rusting. Needs a small weld under bonnet.
Owned since 2012 but not getting the use it deserves. A great project for someone with a garage and a little time and knowledge.
Tax and MOT free of course.
