For sale: fully restored 1967 German Volkswagen camper with Dormobile roof.

In the years 2015-2018 it was changed from a poor condition bus into a completely renewed camper.
Unfortunately, I have too many physical complaints to enjoy it.
The car is stripped and welded where necessary.
The bus was blasted to bare metal and after that the complete bottom and all the rust sensitive edged have been provided with a zinc layer with an extra zinc epoxy layer over all the bus.
All the hollow spaces are generously filled with a cavitation wax.
The restoration took more than €73.000,- because nearly everything is renewed and also more than 2200 hours of work.
All costs have been noted and the bills can be viewed.
The bus is ready as a camper with refrigerator, gas cooker, sink with running water and side table with chemical toilet.
In the cabin there is even a Webasto heater to heat the cabin or the cargo space.
There is a lot of storage space and of course the most important: with raised Dormobile roof there is plenty of headroom in the bus.
The bench is foldable into a bed and underneath there is storage space.
There is a leisure battery and 230V system, connectable to an external power supply.
The rear suspension has been renewed by a Creative Engineering IRS kit with Koni shock absorbers.
The Beatle Gearbox has been revised by Tonnie Vos and has a longer 4th gear ratio.
At the front there is a adjustable RED9 front axle with brake discs and Bosch brake booster.
The engine has been built from scratch by H.R. Engineering into a 1776 cc with two Weber carburetors.
In the engine compartiment there is larger T2 fuel tank and an automatic Firetec fire extinguisher system.
The wire harnass is new from VWLOOMS with clamped plus also soldered connectors.
The fronts seats, bench and bed matrass have been covered by Meneer Sam.
Nearly every part has been renewed also with several NOS parts.
The complete bus has been isolated with additional noise isolation around the engine compartment.
The camper interior is completely new and built up from okoume wood, protected with several layers of yacht varnish.
The camper is in absolute top condition and has recently been valued at € 77.500,-.
