Reluctant sale of my 96 Trans Am.
I’ve owned this car for the last 7 years but it has been SORN the last 3 as I can’t find the time to use it (too busy playing with my motorbikes).
The good bits...Complete with full service history, the car is in very good condition for it’s age. The interior is like new and the outside is beautifully finished in post box red with the usual age related marks, nothing major. The engine bay is very clean.Starts first time, drives superb, gearbox good, etc.
All usual Trans Am refinements fitted. T-tips, electric windows, central locking, tilt steering, etc. Original factory fitted Stereo.
The bad bits...Exhaust back-box blowing, very slight oil leak, temp sensor faulty, drivers window sometimes sluggish, drivers door felt (exterior) needs replacing..All of these are minor and with the car I am supplying a brand new Magnaflow cat back stainless steel exhaust, a full set of brand new door felts, a brand new set of temp sensors.
As said, I’ve simply not had the time to get round to having everything fitted.
The Trans Am comes complete with the private number plate FIIRBD, itself worth half of what I’m asking for the car. This is a very reluctant sale but I think the car deserves much more than just being started up and run once a month, which is all it gets at the moment.
These cars are becoming very sought after classics and this is an excellent opportunity to acquire one at a very reasonable price.
Priced to sell quickly..please no offers, the car is an absolute steal at the price I’m asking.
