1951 Velocette MAC super condition easy starter, lovely For Sale

Reluctant sale of my lovely 1951 MAC, Fully restored about three years ago and in beautiful condition. Tele Rigid with the desirable Velocette forks (NOT the dreaded Dowtys!). stainless rims and spokes, super paint, rebuilt magneto, new carburettor, verified numbers matching and it perfect running order, this is a lightweight machine that’s lovely to ride and starts pretty much first kick hot or cold. Great handling and brakes, it needs NOTHING spending on it. They have the best side stand in the world, so no heaving it onto a rear stand, unless you want to!
Featured in RealClassic magazine earlier this year and with receipts running into thousands of pounds, I’ve really enjoyed owning this bike, but have run out of room! Recently fitted a higher compression piston which makes it very lively and now able to comfortably pull an extra two teeth on the gearbox sprocket. I’ve hundreds of photos and videos, the bike is in North Dorset, near Shaftesbury and viewing welcomed. I can also recommend a man with a van at very reasonable rates. Any questions please call me. I’ve priced this to sell, but happy to keep it until Easter when it’ll fetch £7K, a chance to grab a bargain.
