2002 Bmw Z3 3.0 Sport | Roadster/Convertible | Manual For Sale
Here for sale i have a BMW Z3 roadster with the well known M54 engine which is a 3.0 naturally aspirated straight six cylinder engine that produces 231bhp from factory. The car is also fitted with a five speed manual transmission. The M54 has a good reputation for its reliability and overall performance even by today's standards, this engine can be commonly seen with high mileages still running fine. It is also a lot more desirable than the 4 cylinder engines which are commonly seen in the Z3's and the E36/E46 range. The 3.0 M54 engine is definitely more sought after in the Z3's and E46's due to its power delivery and responsiveness without a huge compromise in fuel economy compared to its other 6 cylinder variations.
Current mileage is 116,400 miles (may slightly increase as it will be used on the odd sunny weekend). 4 previous owners, last owner had the car since 2015. As you can see from photos the car is very presentable and in very good condition for its age and mileage. A few stone chips as expected, one larger chip on the lower part of the front bumper. The most important bit is that its in very good condition underneath, no oil leaks or rust in the usual spots such as jacking points, sills, arches and wings. It has never had an MOT advisory for oil leaks or corrosion in its life which is very impressive for a BMW of this age. It is defiantly up there with the better examples which are currently available for sale. Drives great all round but would benefit from some new transmission mounts, very common on the six cylinder engine models.
4 keys present (2 fob, 2 skeleton keys)

Last service carried out in August 2020 which consisted of oil, oil filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, screen wash, and rear tyres. Total cost £487.51. The car had a few advisories on its last MOT these all have been addressed. The fan clutch was also replaced only a few weeks ago.

A great time to buy a modern classic, year by year they are slowly increasing in value with the era of big naturally aspirated engines coming to an end. The car is also ULEZ compliant so no worries about charges if located in London. Payment on collection. For any further information do not hesitate to contact me on 07415856281.
