It is an auotomatic 1800cc so easy to drive with smooth shifting and extremely good MPG for an auto just completed 1300 miles trip to Scotland average 24MPG.
It was fitted with a new 127 Industrial engine (from vw heritage) which has only covered 3335 miles, all in my ownership. Has been serviced regularly. It has been converted by previous owners to a camper (motor caravan on V5).
Non walk through model, tin top with Paris Beetles insulated full length sunroof, 3 seats up front in red vinyl , rock and roll bed in rear with removeable cloth covers, removeable (all be it home made) kitchen with twin cooker, sink and tap, water supply and storage for gas bottle etc. LED lights fitted that runs off leisure battery and under seat storage.
The previous owner fitted an earlier dash cluster and steering wheel which i was going to change, but all works (minus fuel guage) so i left it as is.
Paintwork is good all round with a few minor areas that need touching up. I can safely say that the body is rust free underneath and can supply photgraphs of it's refurb before purchase and more taken for the sale of it's present state. The heating system requires finishing as i have never got round to doing as it is only driven in summer months.
The mileage covered as stated above is 3335 on a new engine, mileage stated on speedo is whatever was on it when that was changed.
This bus has been a pleasure to own but due to lack of use and loss of storage the time has come to sell.
I have more photos available from the refurb to the present if required, please ask to see them, but if you view you will not be dissapointed.
Also with the sale is a drive away awning (not new), sun canopy and various other camping items.
