94000 Miles showing on the clock for the last three MOT's, gauge isn't working now but I've used it sparingly in this time, so estimate <100k miles.

I bought this with my now Wife in 2017 from a family just over the border in Scotland. My excuse was to haul building materials for the next few years while we sorted our house, though in reality it was to play on Salisbury plain of an evening. We hired a car, filled it with camping kit, then drove up to collect the Landy, full of optimism. It came complete with enough MOT to get us home, a starter motor operated by hammer and was fitted with exhaust tubing which directed some gas away from the cab. A three day trip south got us back to Southampton at the time and the Landy has only left me at the side of the road once, throwing a fan belt when the alternator stopped turning.

The vehicle has taken the tasks thrown at it in its stride with transit van roof bars "installed" and gear piled in the back for numerous tip runs. We've taken it to Wales and Sussex and it's been great. Our family has expanded, and while we can both cope with the noise, ride and sharp edges presented in a Series...I'm told our new addition isn't allowed in it! It's now for sale in the hope I can trade up to something with plastic interior trim in the shape of a 110 with a second row of seats.

In my ownership the usual MOT work, a small weldathon and general maintenance/improvement carried out...recently including,

New Battery
Front Brake Overhaul, Shoes/Springs/Adjusters/Cylinders
Front Axle Overhaul, Swivels/Seals/Bearings/Dust Covers
UJ Bearings
Lights/Lighting relays/Aux switch panel and associated wiring
Bulkhead repairs to both footwells and lowers...these have been painted in with a brush
Replacement alloy footwell floors and fixings
Front panel repair section and wing off clean up
Chassis repairs following an MOT, as expected...chassis is now sound enough

Lots of other work has been completed, exhaust/servicing etc. but it's the condition you find it in now that matters.

It will need ongoing work depending on your intentions, I had always looked at it as a useable vehicle and have treated it as such with repairs/improvements carried out as required. It isn't by any means perfect and hopefully the pictures reflect its condition well. Please come and have a look before committing, having said that...I didn't when I bought it. I have a bundle of spares which will come with it if the offer is sensible.

Cash/Bank Transfer on collection from near Marlborough, Wiltshire.

Price reduced on a rainy weekend, I have the replacement on the driveway now and would be happy for the space.
