| The car is in a world wide register of TA / TB Tickford. The MG TB is a very rare car because produced from May 1939 to September 1939 (date of entry into the war of England).
The first owner was an officer from Predannack station as reported in his original booklet, although, as you know in England, the registration books are periodically renewed (I have them all in original from the first to the current one).
The MG produced only 379 TB . Only 60 of these 379 TB were embellished by the well-known coachbuilder of Newport Pagnell TICKFORD - Salmons and Sons.
From a usual roadster, Tickford has made a luxury drophead. Today only 20 TB Tickford survive in the world (including mine).
The car has the frame number 362 and the engine (redone) XPAG 615. To keep the original number plate, i am currently domiciled in Weybridge (Uk). Of course I have invoices of numerous pieces and works performed.
