Very rare 1935 New Imperial model 40 350 cc.
Rebuild engine with new old stock piston, valves and guides. Gearbox check over, new tires, new chain and chain wheel.
No show bike but a very good runner and an easy starter.
No oil leaks, no oil consumption.
