1985 2L petrol 4 Berth motorhome.
Starts, drives and stops very well, recently done a 870 mile round trip to Devon without issue.
Bought in July and loads of work done to it but very reluctantly having to see it go.
Jacking points, inner arches and front panel all welded previously so still good, sills are solid.
New water pump belt, fuel filters, pancake air filter and piper cross breather which has removed the flat spot under acceleration, engine flush, oil and filter, new sump plug, new distributor cap & coil pack, replaced split fuel pipe, fuel tank cleaned out and treated, carb cleaned, new brake booster vacuum pipe, bull bar, mains hook up all working with cable, locking fuel cap, habitation door lock, bench seat in front so now has 3 x 3 point belts, 12v dimmable LED lighting all round interior, sterilised water system and plenty water pressure, large on board water tank, gas boiler (almost instant hot water), gas 4 burner hob, grill & oven, gas heater all working, brand new small double mattress for over cab bunk, curtains trimmed and mounted for over cab bunk, replaced damp wood, dried and sealed from previous poor repair around cooker, windows sealed, thetford cassette toilet, USB sockets fitted front and rear. Previous owner re did the roof and carpeted. Painted cupboards (not the best job by far but brightened it all up).
Comes with various parts such as spare discs & pads, wheel bearing, belts etc.
I’ve got a file full of mot’s and receipts going back nearly 20years and have been on touch with a guy who owned it for 17years.
I’m sure there is plenty I’ve forgotten. Cosmetically it is tatty but still very useable, we are in Devon in it now (we lice north east so long drive). It drives well for a 35yo van. Radio hasn’t worked since we got it.

The reason I have to let it go is I cannot afford to do the welding it needs for its next MOT (December). It will need scuttle panel and fire wall repairing as they were not mentioned when I bought it and I didn’t see it until I was working in the engine bay.
