Frame deluged and spring-loaded footrests re-positioned, and steering lock stops reworked to give tight turning and new sump guard fitted.
Forks stripped and checked fitting new double seals along with gaiters.
Hagon rear shocks with 80 lb springs.
New non-valanced alloy rims (21” front 18” rear) with stainless spokes and trials tyres.
New alloy guards with period type stays.
Alloy Bars with Renthal grips, new levers and HD Cables
Engine checked bore honed new rings fitted and valves and seats recut.
Hitchcock’s valve lifter, engine breather and clutch mods and plates fitted along with correct style kickstart lever.
Amal 626 carburettor and Electrex World electronic ignition and charging system mean that it runs extremely well and pulls cleanly from low speeds and is easy to start. Also has the facility for lighting to be fitted.
The wide ratio gearbox also means that it is just as happy out on the road cruising at 55-60 as it is pottering about on the lanes and is quite relaxing to ride whilst being frugal on petrol.
