EXTERIOR
At little over three years old and with only 16k miles on the clock, this fabulous JCW Mini remains in absolutely first-rate condition throughout. The gleaming Moonwalk Grey paintwork is entirely unmarked and presents with a lovely metallic flake on close inspection. The electric folding soft-top is also pristine, with no unsightly jet wash marks or discolouration to report. Looking along both sides there are no car park dings to be found, and the trims all round are still like new. A pin-sharp example, ready to be driven and enjoyed.
INTERIOR
Roof up or down, position yourself behind the red-stitched JCW steering wheel and there’s no denying you’re sat in something special. The JCW sports seats are both impeccably presented, their deep bolsters ensuring maximum comfort and support on more spirited drives. The cabin is lifted further with gloss black ‘chequered’ trim, everything still retaining that factory fresh finish. The front carpets are protected in the footwell by the original velour overmats.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
A 228hp turbocharged engine is the beating heart of the John Cooper Works. It generates a hefty 320 Nm of torque for searing bursts of acceleration and copious smiles-per-gallon, especially with the six-speed manual gearbox at your fingertips. The rumble of the JCW sports exhaust is an additional treat, even more so with the top down. The car was last serviced in 2019 and will be freshly MOT’d prior to sale.
WHEELS, TYRES AND BRAKES
The Mini sits on 17-inch JCW Track Spoke alloys finished in silver. There is no curb marking to report and the tyres retain plenty of tread all round. The centre badges are also in great shape, as are the red performance brake calipers. The JCW is further equipped with factory sports suspension for optimal road holding.
HISTORY FILE
This low mileage example was first registered in April 2017. The last service was carried out in 2019 and a fresh MOT will be done prior to sale for the new keeper’s peace of mind.
